Shipping and Terms: All orders sent UPS. Shipping costs based solely on UPS charges-- except for very large and/or fragile items, which may require a preapproved handling charge. Checks and money orders payable to FAM. Allow up to 6 weeks for delivery of custom and check-ordered items. Limited Edition pieces mailed in original packaging and condition within 7 days of receipt will be accepted for exchange or full refund. Custom ordered limited edition pieces in sizes larger or smaller than standard, or in colors not included in the color chart, may be returned for exchange only.
