| A centerpiece in Z. B. D. Westcoupe's Rooster's Original Good Time Medicine Show, this "Magic Box" stands 69" high and is 58" wide. Open, the box is said to be a gateway to stories untold and worlds unknown. The head, lightning bolts, and table are removable. |

The sun is attached to a dowel extending through the back of the box. A turn of the dowel causes the sun to spin. A pair of totem wings by Salish master carver Simon Charlie rest on the dowel, rocking gently when the sun is spun. The stars and the sun's interior design are made from hammered brass.
